Your Next Opportunity

The Senior Project Scheduler is the lead scheduling resource on assigned projects and is responsible for the development, accuracy, and maintenance of project timelines. This person plays a critical role in keeping project and corporate teams informed, identifying potential delays in advance, and ensuring alignment with contractual requirements. They also support all project partners with scenario planning to keep delivery on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Follow site-specific and company-wide scheduling standards and procedures
  • Develop and manage the project’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Build, update, and maintain electrical construction schedules
  • Review and validate general contractor schedules and updates
  • Monitor constraints, milestones, and critical paths
  • Generate and analyze cost-loaded schedules and performance metrics
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and change control processes
  • Create regular schedule reports for internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and solve project timing issues proactively
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Advanced Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly organized and adaptable with a team-first mindset
  • Professional presence and effective collaboration with all project stakeholders

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience as a construction scheduler using Primavera P6

Travel

  • 25%–50%, including visits to job sites and regional offices as needed
