Job Description

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Full time/ Part time/ Remote/ Travel

What You’ll Do

  • Executive & Team Support – Manage calendars, travel, expenses, and meeting logistics for senior leadership.
  • Bilingual Communication – Draft, translate, and proofread memos, presentations, and reports in English and Mandarin; serve as real-time interpreter on calls and in meetings.
  • Office Coordination – Greet visitors, order supplies, coordinate vendor services, and keep the office running smoothly.
  • Document Control – Maintain filing systems (electronic) for contracts, invoices, HR records, and project documents.
  • Event Planning – Organize luncheons, off-site meetings, and employee activities.
  • Special Projects – Support cross-functional tasks in HR, finance, and procurement as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • Native-level Mandarin & professional English (written & spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • 2+ years of administrative or executive-assistant experience
  • Excellent MS Office /online meeting tools
  • Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
  • Able to drive your own car/ travel 
  • U.S. work authorization

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in renewable-energy
  • Familiarity with ERP/ OA/ CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
