Location: Baltimore MD
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
Salary Range: $100k-$130k

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to lead construction phase services for commercial
MEP projects. The role includes reviewing submittals, managing RFIs and change orders,
coordinating field observations, and performing project close-out. Candidates must have a
strong understanding of contract documents and be comfortable navigating active job sites.
Responsibilities:
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and punch list coordination
• Perform site visits and field observations
• Lead construction meetings and represent the owner as needed
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
• Review and process change orders and project documentation
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in contract administration or construction project management
• Familiarity with MEP systems and building construction practices
• Licensure or CSI accreditation preferred
• Proficient with documentation tools (Newforma preferred)
• Comfortable with regular site visits and occasional travel
